Ryan Clark steelers legend criticized Justin Fields saying.

Analyst Issues Audacious Steelers Prediction

In preparation for this season, the Pittsburgh Steelers renovated their quarterback room.

Russell Wilson and Justin Fields took the places of Mitch Trubisky, Kenny Pickett, and Mason Rudolph.
That’s obviously a big improvement, and because they have two respectable alternatives behind center, it’s now a “good” problem to have.

Wilson appears to have the advantage in the QB1 race as of right now, and although he may find it difficult to complete the task, he may also be able to restart his career.

Craig Carton is unsure as to whether or not that will be the case.

Nevertheless, the contentious commentator stated that he wouldn’t be stunned if the Steelers won their division in response to a question regarding their circumstances (via The Carton Show).
Of course, that’s a bit of a bold statement given that the AFC North Division is among the most competitive in the league, with the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens both having a legitimate shot at winning the Super Bowl and all four clubs being postseason candidates.

However, the Steelers have made the playoffs the previous season with perhaps the worst or second-worst quarterback room in the league, and they have managed to stay at.500 or better despite their poor quarterback position.

Consequently, Mike Tomlin has demonstrated that he can succeed without having a great quarterback, even if Wilson and/or Fields aren’t the best.

With their defense and coaching, if they give the Steelers anything, this club has a legitimate chance to win the AFC North.
