5 of Philadelphia Eagles WR Recognized by NFL Commissioner

Eagles DB Lists The NFL’s Top 5 Difficult WRs to Cover

The Philadelphia Eagles, who began the season 10-1, had a spectacular collapse in the latter part of the season, but there is real hope that they can contend for the Super Bowl again this year.

They selected two promising defensive backs in Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean two weeks ago, and they signed star running back Saquon Barkley in free agency this summer.

James Bradberry and Darius Slay remain their cornerstone pair, and Bradberry, who is thirty years old, is still going strong.
According to FinsXtra, he listed his five wide receivers who are hardest to cover, including two of his colleagues.

James Bradberry, a tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles, lists the top five wide receivers in the NFL to cover:

AJ Brown, Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, Ceedee Lamb, and DeVonta Smith
Arguably the strongest wide receiver combination in the NFL, A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith each finished the previous season with over 1,000 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.

With 1,456 receiving yards, Brown was selected to the Pro Bowl, and the Eagles became a prime-time threat when he joined the team before the 2022 campaign.

This April, both celebrities received hefty contract extensions that guarantee their long-term stay in Philadelphia.

Tyreek Hill, Justin Jefferson, and CeeDee Lamb, the other three receivers on Bradberry’s list, are contenders for the league’s top receiver status.
Hill flirted with the single-season receiving yard record set by Calvin Johnson in 2012 and finished 2023 with an NFL-high 1,799 receiving yards.

To reclaim the NFC East, Bradberry and his team will need to defeat Lamb’s Dallas Cowboys, but with Vic Fangio as their new defensive coordinator, maybe they have what it takes.
